Great show but too loud
Gable Price did a great job and really got the audience rocking. Neil Schon showed how talented he is on guitar. Journey was slightly lacking without Gable Price. Arnel Pineda still performed pretty well. Sometimes he was spot on with the vocals but there were times when he wasn't. It seemed like it was up too loud and that there was a bass reverberation which was a glaring issue. Overall I really enjoyed the performance, but for one thing. The performances were both good even though Journey was slightly lacking without Steve Perry. There was a problem with the sound during the concert. It is unfortunate that they couldn't have fixed this problem as it really should have been. Their light show was pretty impressive and effective. Jonathan Kane had a fun moment of story telling and playing on the piano which highlighted some of the song writing he has contributed to the band. Gable Price did a great job and really got the audience rocking. Steve Smith gave a memorable drum solo that made me think they were going to break out into playing Moby Dick. He relied too much on the audience to sing along with the songs. It was a lot of fun to watch Journey and Gable Price. It was unfortunate that they didn't fix this problem ahead of time. I have read other reviews from different locations who also experienced sound problems. This would mean the issue was related to the equipment of the performers and not a venue problem. Sometimes he was spot on with the vocals but there were times when he wasn't.
